Matthew Dougherty

Matt has over 30 years in sales, management and operations in the insurance medical cost containment industry. Matt has significant experience in National Sales as well as Regional Sales and has managed multiple large national sales and account management teams. His longest tenure was at Align Networks as the national VP of Sales for the physical therapy product line. Matt also has extensive experience selling PPO, medical bill review, and IME/Peer Review. Matt is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration (finance) from Widener University.

Peter Oh

Pete brings 30 years of experience in Finance and Operations in the IT industry. Peter is currently a founding member of an IT services company, FAIT Cyber Solutions, founded in 2022. As a young startup Peter wears many hats, including accounting, finance, operations, and sales support. Prior to FAIT Cyber Solutions, Peter was the financial controller for AccessIT Group. He joined as a start-up in 2001 with $2 million in year-end revenues to over $160 million in 2021. Peter brings a keen sense of business to help guide the growth of new businesses. He was also a key figure in the success of another start-up prior to AccessIT Group. Peter graduated with a BS in accounting from Penn State University and also holds an MBA in finance from Villanova University.

Jill DeAngelis

Jill is Senior Vice President of Operations with more than 19 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry, specializing in operations leadership, network management, and product delivery. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service. A Jacksonville, Florida native, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and stepson and their extended family and friends, boating, fishing, attending concerts, and cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jill has a BS in speech communication from Georgia Southern University.
